Left uncleared, snow invites exterior wear and condensation within walls—slowly lowering the property’s value. Our first duty is careful management of the buildings owners place in our care.
Rather than one-off jobs, we work primarily on ongoing seasonal contracts—regular rounds and an up-to-date read on each property, so buildings and access stay protected through the year.

Service Area
We are based in Okumisorano, the part of Misorano that reaches deepest into the foothills of the Northern Alps. Nature is at its most vivid here, and both summer weeds and winter snow are among the harshest in the area. We focus on Okumisorano and serve the wider Misorano area; elsewhere in Hakuba Village, we can often help once we know the conditions.
About
Misorano is in a development boom, with modern architecture rising year by year. We also remember when older ski-boom villas sat unused, overgrown, and damaged by successive winters.
Because we live here, we would rather live in a cared-for neighbourhood than a neglected one. That conviction led us to found a company that quietly continues to look after the buildings entrusted to us—behind the scenes, with an understanding of the standards villa owners expect.
